Razorbacks sign-ups at Kids Day

DOWNEY – The Downey Razorbacks will hold registration for its 2015 season at Kids Day this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Apollo Park. The Razorback registration booth will be located next to Gangs Out of Downey’s booth, which is a youth partner with the Razorbacks.

The Razorbacks offer flag football, tackle football, and cheerleading to boys and girls ages 5-14.

Registration includes trophy, league picture package, yearbook, and game socks. All equipment is provided on loan to participants. Payment plans are available, and raffle tickets can be sold to offset the cost of registration. No kids are turned away due to cost.

Practices start July 27 at Rio San Gabriel Park. First game is Sept. 12, with all home games played at Downey and Warren high schools.
