Bob Winningham’s celebration of life

Hundreds of people attended a celebration of life service Tuesday for former mayor Bob Winningham, who died last week at age 59. Seven former Downey mayors were in attendance, including (from left) Kirk Cartozian, Keith McCarthy, Diane Boggs, Meredith Perkins, Roger Brossmer and Mario Guerra. Former mayor David Gafin also was in attendance but is not pictured.
