Lydia Rosales

Lydia Rosales, a resident at the Brookfield Healthcare Center nursing home in Downey, had only one wish on her 78th birthday yesterday: to dance with the mayor of Downey. Mayor Fernando Vasquez was happy to oblige, dancing with Lydia before wishing her a happy birthday.
