Isabelle Duran

Downey resident Isabelle Duran celebrated her 103rd birthday on Monday. She received a certificate of recognition from the city of Downey, hand-delivered by Councilman Alex Saab. Isabelle, pictured with grandson Jose Duran and great-grandson Alexander Duran, was born in Cuba on Sept. 15, 1911.
