Furman Park’s new playground

 

The new playground at Furman Park was officially dedicated Aug. 6.

The playground incorporates a space theme and featuring a covered play area, swing set, climbers and separate areas for kids as young as 2 years old.

The Downey Kiwanis Foundation funded the $230,000 project.
