Free magic show for kids

DOWNEY – Magician and comedian Dave Skale will give a free performance at the Downey City Library next Thursday, June 26, at 2 p.m. The act features tricks, a “magic carpet” and culminates with a live white rabbit that Skale makes disappear.

Show passes will be distributed to the first 110 children. Due to space limitations, parents will not be allowed in the Cormack Room during the performance but are asked to remain in the library during the program.

Latecomers will not be admitted to the room after everyone is seated.
