Attorney hosting living trust seminar

DOWNEY – Local attorney Brian Chou will conduct a free estate planning and living trust seminar July 15 at 7 p.m. at the Tax-411 offices in Downey. The presentation will focus on legal issues faced by individuals, families and business owners. There will also be a discussion on the advantages and disadvantages of wills and living trusts, how probate works (and how to avoid it), and how to protect your children’s inheritance from lawsuits, divorces and other claims.
