Thursday update: Downey at 215 cases

DOWNEY — Health officials said Thursday there are 215 confirmed Covid-19 cases in Downey, an increase of four from yesterday.

L.A. County officials announced 733 new cases across the county and 55 new deaths. As of today, Covid-19 is blamed for killing 1,111 people in L.A. County.

Health officials urged anyone displaying symptoms of Covid-19 to schedule a test.

L.A. County residents can call 211 for help scheduling a test.
