Store openings

Dear Editor:Thank you, Fresh 'N‚ÄàEasy, for deciding to open a store in Downey. You are saving me a trip to Norwalk. I also extend my thanks to BJ's, which I understand is doing very well, and Porto's Bakery, which I know will be a delightful addition to our community. If Trader Joe's says our demographics stink, I‚Äàdon't know what demographic numbers they are looking at. - Martha Godinez, Downey
