Space center is ready to light up its Apollo capsule

DOWNEY — The Columbia Memorial Space Center will ring in the holidays Thursday night when it lights up with Apollo capsule with Christmas lights.

The free event is from 5-8 p.m. In addition to the lighting, there will be family activities, popcorn, hot chocolate and holiday music.
