Ruby's Diner now open at Downey Promenade

DOWNEY – Ruby’s Diner is now open at the Promenade at Downey shopping center. 

Located near Cinemark Theatres, the new diner spans 3,100 square feet and is the first location in the brand’s portfolio to debut table-top ordering technology. 

For the first time, Ruby’s Diner guests in Downey can order from a digital menu located at their table. Ruby’s employees will still be available for guests who prefer to order from a traditional waiter or waitress. 

“We are excited to welcome Ruby’s fans and the community into the brand-new diner for a taste of classic American fare and offer the new experience of the table-top ordering technology,” said Abraham Kobi, franchise owner of Ruby’s Diner in Downey. 

“We are looking forward to delivering the Ruby’s quality standard of unparalleled service and creating a dining option that is perfect for the whole family.” 

The Downey location features an all-new breakfast menu in addition to the full dinner menu, which includes the Ruby Burger, along with handmade shakes, chili-topped tater tot appetizers, and more. 

The restaurant is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
