Resident becomes a pastry chef

DOWNEY - Downey resident Darrell Folck has been designated as a certified executive pastry chef by the American Culinary Federation.Folck is a chef instructor at California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena. The American Culinary Federation operates a comprehensive certification program for chefs in the United States and currently certifies nearly 9,000 professionals worldwide.
