O'Reilly Auto giving away oil filters

NORWALK - On May 19, residents can bring a used oil filter to O'Reilly Auto Parts in Norwalk and receive a free oil filter.Residents can receive up to two new filters in exchange for two used filters. Any used oil must be properly stored in a clean, uncontaminated container. Participating residents also qualify to receive "free gifts." The exchange must occur between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. For more information, call (562) 929-5700. The program is funded by a grant from the California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery and sponsored by the city of Norwalk. O'Reilly Auto Parts is at 12233 Norwalk Blvd.
