Music festival seeks artists

DOWNEY – The 23rd annual Songfest, a multicultural concert festival and art exhibit, will take place March 21 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Artists interested in participating should email lologramz1@yahoo.com. No nude, suggestive or explicit art will be permitted.
