Lucy Noy, 83 year old resident of Downey for 37 plus years, went to be with our Lord, Sunday, September 24th, 2017.

Lucy was born in Camaguey Cuba on December 21, 1933 and immigrated to the United States with her husband Luis Noy, and their 2 children Lupe and Luis in 1967. Lucy worked as a secretary for most of her professional career. The joy of Lucy’s life was spending time with her family and aiding her loved ones still residing in Cuba.

Lucy is survived by her devoted husband Luis Noy, her 2 children, Lupe wife of Rick Rodriguez, and Luis husband to Cecilia Noy. Lucy was also a very proud grandmother and great-grandmother, as well as a friend to many others.

Services honoring the life of Lucy Noy will be held at Rose Hills on Tuesday, October 3, 2017.
Lucy gave love and brought laughter and happiness to so many. Lucy’s final message to her family was, “ I want you to remember me with joy, I am going to a celebration with my Lord Jesus Christ who has prepared a place for me. May we all be reunited in my heavenly home again. John 14:2
