Letter to the Editor: Understanding Trump

Dear Editor: 

I am puzzled by Donald Trump's statement. 

He says he always wins...he never loses. So if he should lose the presidential race, the election system has to be "rigged" against him per Donald Trump. 

In other words, if he should lose the election, then the election system has to be "rigged" against him in all 50 states and territories. 

Now I get it...or do I?
