Letter to the Editor: Reproductive rights

Dear Editor:

We spent 20 years fighting the Taliban in Afghanistan.

Yet, now with Texas taking away women’s rights to reproductive freedom and the decision by five conservative justices on the U.S. Supreme Court not to intervene, it’s like another group of religious extremists has taken over our own country.
