Letter to the Editor: Bad bank experience

Dear Editor: 

I went to Citibank on Firestone and Lakewood on Nov. 25 to make a cash payment of $90 on my credit card. 

The teller and manager told me I had to show a driver's license, tell them my Social Security number, and tell them where I work in order to pay cash on my credit card. I could not believe what I heard. 

I will use my Bank of America card from now on. They take cash, no questions asked.
