Larry Latimer to speak about Rancho

DOWNEY – Local historian Larry Latimer will be at the Downey City Library on Saturday, March 28, for a presentation on the history of Ranchos Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center. Latimer will present historical photos of the world-renowned hospital, along with his own present-day photos.
