Downey Unified announces date for State of the Schools

The Downey Unified School District’s seventh annual State of the Schools summit will take place Friday, Oct. 4, the school district announced.
The event begins at 7 a.m. in the west conference center at the Los Angeles County Office of Education.
Formal invitations are forthcoming but in the meantime, save the date.
