Downey Association of Realtors honored Downey’s Public Works Department

At its annual luncheon last week, the Downey Association of Realtors honored Downey’s Public Works Department. “In every city the public works department is the heartbeat of any city, and solves some of the toughest problems faced by the city,” the DAOR said.
