Dia de los Muertos sets return date

DOWNEY – The Downey Dia de los Muertos Art Festival will return Sunday, Oct. 27, to the Downey Theatre, organizers announced.

The free event will feature continuous ballet folklorico performances, live music, dancing, a beer and wine garden, artisan vendors, and traditional fine arts from local Latin artists, including painting, collages, sculptures and ofrendas.
