Century 21 Peak honored with President's Award

DOWNEY — Century 21 Peak, a full-service real estate brokerage in Downey, was honored with the 2018 Century 21 President’s Award for its commitment to quality service and productivity, company officials announced.

The award is given annually to Century 21 offices that earn the Century 21 Centurion Award and the Century 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Award in the same calendar year.

The Centurion Award is presented to Century 21 offices that surpass sales production of $2.5 million or 472 closed transaction sides within a calendar year, while the quality service award is presented to independent offices that score 95 percent or better on completed customer service surveys for two consecutive years.

“We are thrilled to recognize the work of Century 21 Peak for this momentous achievement,” said Michael Miedler, president and chief executive officer of Century 21 Real Estate. “This is an outstanding honor since only a small percentage of C21 franchisees in the United States earn this award.”
