‘Bunny Breakfast’ at Golden Park

DOWNEY – The city of Downey, in partnership with the Downey Los Amigos Kiwanis Club, will host the annual “Bunny Breakfast & Spring Extravaganza” at Golden Park on Saturday, March 28, from 8:30 a.m. to noon. The event will feature breakfast prepared by Boy Scout Troop No. 441, crafts, pictures with the bunny (bring your own camera), and entertainment.

There will also be carnival games, information booths, a portable skate park, and a prize walk sponsored by Downey Lions Club.

Admission to the event is free but breakfast tickets are $8 for Downey residents and $11 for non-residents. Tickets can be purchased at the Parks & Recreation Office located at 7850 Quill Dr. or online at downeyca.org under the Parks & Recreation webpage.

Tickets will be available through March 18, or until sold out.
