Bill and Mary Canaletti

Bill and Mary Canaletti, residents of Downey for more than 55 years, marked their 60th wedding anniversary on Jan. 15. A celebration took place Jan. 10 at the Hotel Irvine hosted by their family. They have two children, Bill Canaletti, married to Tina Canaletti of Huntington Beach, and Patricia Florence, married to Dave Florence of Yucaipa. They have three grandchildren, Angie and Jon Florence and Billy Canaletti, and three great-granddaughters, Isabella Marie, Summerlynn Rose and Gioia Mia.

The couple was married in Brooklyn, New York and lived in Boston before coming to Downey.
