Andrew Paramo dies at 28
DOWNEY – Highland resident Andrew Joseph Paramo was killed Jan. 2 after he was struck by a tractor-trailer while crossing the 10 Freeway in San Bernardino. He was 28. He was born on July 4, 1986 in Downey to Ernest and Andrea Paramo.
He is survived by parents, Ernest and Andrea; daughter, Leia Sophia; sisters, Nicole, Natalie and Melissa; brother, Anthony Paramo; grandparents, Ernie and Theresa Paramo; uncles, Pat (Corrina) Paramo, Steven (Evette) Paramo and Desmond Fonseca; aunts, Jeannette (Dr. John) Steinmann and Renee Paramo (William); and numerous cousins and friends.
Andrew worked as a warehouse stocker for more than six years.
Visitation will be held Thursday, Jan. 15, from 5-8 p.m., at Valley View Chapel in Colton.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Jan. 16, 11 a.m., at St. Adelaide Catholic Church in Highland, followed by burial at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery in Colton.
