Roybal-Allard wants end to cable dispute

Rep. Lucille Roybal-Allard issues the following statement regarding the ongoing dispute between Time Warner Cable and CBS: "I strongly encourage both CBS and Time Warner to return to the negotiating table to overcome the impasse which has denied 70,000 cable subscribers in my district access to their favorite CBS shows. It's unfair that retransmission disputes like this one continue to impact paying cable customers.
