Dear Editor:I just read that the Post Office is cutting back on hours in order to save more money. Guess that explains why my mail that normally comes between 10 a.m. and noon now arrives after 7 p.m. I think they need to get a new head running this group. The top guy seems to be excellent at digging the hole deeper and deeper. Why can't they raise the rates for all the junk mail? What I would really like is for someone to run this business independently. Doris Hannon Downey
