Deportation

Dear Editor:While I carry no water for President Obama, and I have sympathy for any family that is suffering separation, I would remind CHIRLA of an old saying: "If you can't do the time, don't do the crime!" ("CHIRLA Denounces President's Comments," 9/19/13) If you don't want to face the possibility of being deported, you shouldn't break our laws by coming to this country in violation of them.
