Cerritos food festival Sept. 10

CERRITOS - Cerritos will host its annual Taste of the Region and Business Expo on Sept. 10, a one-day event showcasing the best of the region's food, music, restaurants and local businesses.Sponsored by the Cerritos Regional Chamber of Commerce, the event is from 4:30-7:30 p.m. at the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts. Admission is $5 and includes a wristband for all-access restaurant tastings. Children under 5 are free with a paying adult. New this year is the Sheraton Hotel VIP Lounge - an exclusive seating area at the hotel's patio. Tickets are $20 and includes a complimentary beverage and entry in an opportunity drawing. More than 20 local restaurants and caterers are scheduled to participate this year, along with 80 business exhibition booths, live music, car displays and more.
