Cardio class starts next Monday

DOWNEY - New sessions of Cardio Plus fitness class begin Sept. 9 at Downey High School.Classes are supervised and supportive of residents interested in leading a healthier lifestyle. Cost is $79 ($10 discount for seniors) and classes meet Monday through Thursday from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Register in the Downey High dance room, at Downey Adult School or online at das.edu.
