DOWNEY - Natalie Compagno, a world traveler and owner of the Traveler's Bookcase book store in Los Angeles, will be guest speaker at the Downey City Library's volunteer holiday celebration Dec. 7.The free event begins at 10:30 a.m. inside the library's computer lab.
