Water barrel giveaway Sept. 27

DOWNEY – Free water barrels for emergency water storage will be given away Saturday, Sept. 27, in the Stonewood Center north parking lot (off Cecilia Avenue). Distribution begins at 8 a.m. and will continue until noon, or until all barrels are gone. There is a one-barrel limit per vehicle.

While the barrels are free, pumps, siphon hoses will be available for purchase.
