State of the Schools Oct. 3

DOWNEY – Superintendent Dr. John Garcia will present the second annual “State of the Schools” on Friday, Oct. 3, a breakfast event where keynote speakers will share the Downey Unified School District’s achievements and strategic direction. The 7 a.m. event will also offer details about the major initiatives implemented throughout the district.

Tickets are $25, with all proceeds benefiting True Lasting Connections.
