Small business seminar

NORWALK – The Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development is hosting a small business seminar Tuesday, Aug. 19, at Norwalk City Hall. The free seminar is from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with check-in at 8 a.m.
