Palmer, a 1-year-old tan and white terrier mix, is SEAACA’s Pet of the Week. Palmer is easy going and mellow, and also neutered. His impound number is 14-28923; SEAACA’s animal viewing hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays.
