OLPH Guild hosts district meeting

DOWNEY – The OLPH Women’s Guild will host the Southeastern District of the L.A. Archdiocesan Council of Catholic Women’s district meeting on Thursday, Sept. 25. Every Catholic woman, through her parish, is a member of the ACCW.

The day begins with Mass at 9:30 a.m. at OLPH Church, followed by a luncheon and program in the church hall. Rev. Norman Supancheck will speak on “A Shepherd to Guide Us Through the Valley.”

Cost for the luncheon is $11. For reservations, send a check (made payable to OLPH Women’s Guild) to Pat Smith, 10330 Downey Ave., #31, Downey 90241.
