New at DUMC: ‘Messy Church’

DOWNEY – Things are about to become really “messy” at Downey United Methodist Church. The congregation is hosting “Messy Church,” a monthly program that consists of mealtime, crafts and activities, a short worship time, and fellowship.

Messy Church is designed for all generations. Children learn and worship along with parents and grandparents, while adults worship along with children and peers.

The first gathering is Messy Church is tonight, Oct. 10, at 6 p.m. All are welcome.
