‘Marshmallow Build-Off’ at library

DOWNEY – The Downey City Library is holding a “Marshmallow Build-Off” for teens this Tuesday at 2 p.m. In a race against the clock, teens ages 13-19 will work in groups to construct mega structures using marshmallows, marshmallow fluff, and tooth picks. The best free-standing structures will be shown off.
