DAC annual meeting May 31

DOWNEY – The Downey Arts Coalition, a grassroots community group that promotes local arts events and coordinates cooperation between local arts organizations, will hold its annual business meeting Saturday, May 31, at noon inside the Epic Lounge. Artists, arts advocates, and representatives from local arts organizations are encouraged to attend meetings to learn about upcoming arts opportunities, as well as to share information about their own work or events.

This month’s meeting will feature the annual election of board members, voted on by members of the Arts Coalition (dues are $15 per year).

The Epic Lounge is at 8239 2nd St. Guests should enter through L.A. Buns.
