College grad to offer scholarship tips

DOWNEY – The Eldorado Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association will meet Wednesday, May 21, at the Rio Hondo Event Center for their monthly dinner marking their 49th anniversary. The celebration begins at 6 p.m. for networking and dinner at 6:30.

Jessica Dibella will share how she successfully went through four years of college without incurring any major cost to her or her parents. Upon graduation, she was without debt or loan obligations.
