Animal licenses no longer accepted at City Hall

DOWNEY – Residents who want to renew an animal license must now go directly to SEAACA instead of City Hall. Effective immediately, SEAACA is now handling all applications and payments for new animal licenses.

City Hall will accept renewal payments through the end of August. A drop-off box is located at City Hall and can accept personalized checks or money orders (no cash).
