Anais and Ariana Castagnola

Anais and Ariana Castagnola visited New York City with their mother and grandmother last week.

This picture was taken in Central Park, next to a statue of a famous sled dog named “Balto,” who, in 1925, delivered medicine pulling a snow sled 674 miles during a raging blizzard. The event occurred during an outbreak of diphtheria in Nome, Alaska.
