Veterans invited to celebration

WHITTIER – Military veterans are invited to “Family Fiesta Day” this Sunday, March 30, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the California High School stadium in Whittier. The free event pays tribute to veterans with live music, a military vehicle show, face-painting, retail and food vendors, and more.

Live entertainment will be provided by Jerry Salas and The Rocking Vets, a band comprised totally of veterans.

The family-friendly event is free and open to the public.
