Jewelry store grand opening

DOWNEY - A ribbon cutting ceremony is planned for Tuesday from 12-2:30 p.m. at Adalies Jewelry, 8270 Firestone Blvd.The Downey Chamber of Commerce is assisting with the event, which is open to the public.
