DOWNEY - Downey High School is hosting a summer fitness challenge that kicks off Monday and continues through Sept. 2.The class meets Monday through Thursday, 6:30-8:30 p.m., in the school's dance room. Cost is $50 (cash only) and includes core conditioning, weight training, cardio and use of exercise balls and bands. Residents can register on-site in the dance room.
