Soroptimist International of Downey Scholarship donations

Soroptimist International of Downey presented more than $7,000 in scholarship donations to local students from Downey, Warren and Columbus high schools and Downey Adult School. Dr. John Garcia, Downey Unified's new superintendent, was guest speaker.
