Rio Hondo Golf Club open house

DOWNEY - The Rio Hondo Golf Club, a public 18-hole golf course and banquet center owned by the city of Downey, will host an open house Saturday from 2-6 p.m.The grounds will be open for the public to leisurely walk around and view the course, which includes lakes, fairways, putting greens and restaurant facilities. Free activities will be offered, including golf skill demonstrations, golf tips, putting on the green and more. The public is invited. For more details, call (562) 927-2329.
