Fire union

Dear Editor:Steve Davis is stirring the pot in Downey. That is his job as a union representative. ("Fire Union Has Enough Signatures to Force Election," 3/28/13) Turning the good people of Downey against each other and causing trouble, well, he has done his job. This is how he makes his money for himself and the union. He doesn't care about you or me, let alone the city of Downey. His driving force is straight up money. We are so lucky to have a great police and fire department. Don't let anyone take our right to vote. Don't be fooled by the flimflam man. Helen Burns Downey
