Downey High class of '03 plans reunion

DOWNEY - Downey High School's class of 2003 is hosting its 10-year reunion Sept. 7 at Grand Catered Events in Orange.Tickets are $60 if purchased before July 31; tickets increase to $65 in August and $70 in September.
